We are glad to have Jaejun Park as this weeks guest speaker. Jaejun will talk about “Design of Anti-skid Foot with Passive Slip Detection Mechanism” this Friday, March 1st 3pm at CSL369.
Bio: Jaejun Park is a third-year Ph.D. student in the Mechanical Science and Engineering program, where he is studying to develop a system of contact detection and control of a quadruped robot under Prof. Prashant Mehta. He is interested in state estimation filter, control of legged robots, bio-inspired design, and skin sensors. He is also interested in the study of origami and wearable robots. Jaejun enjoys workouts, traveling and organizing social parties.
